Brandt Building Services has been providing professional janitorial services in Southern California for over 20 years. Our company has remained stable after all of these years simply by the people we hire and their motivation to do quality work

We seek highly motivated personnel to work for us. Individuals in my company are true maintenance professionals at heart, and have a fondness for the janitorial business at large. We select only a chosen few, not only because of our high standards, but because most cannot meet the following criteria:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the janitorial trade
• Must have 5 years minimum experience as a project associate (carpets, floors)
• Must live near the facility they are regularly cleaning
• Must have sound references and pass a thorough background investigation
• Must be bilingual
• Must have a valid driver's license and social security number (which are verified)
• Must have a registered vehicle with current automobile insurance (which are also verified)

Having past experience is one thing; but empowering our staff as to the latest cleaning technology as it becomes available in the present is what we're all about. We consistently educate our associates as new chemicals come on the scene, as well as new cleaning technology as it becomes available. You'll never catch us "not having a clue!"
